🎉 The Role

As a Clinical Field Specialist Intern, you will have a central role onboarding and supporting key surgical centres during the pilot usage of the Moon Surgical Maestro System in Europe. This pilot program will primarily occur in France with the potential to expand to other EU countries. Your role includes data collection regarding Maestro usage, daily support of cases at clinical sites, and collaborating with both surgeons and the Moon Surgical technical team to gather feedback & provide troubleshooting assistance.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting
• Ensure compliance with protocol and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with R&D and Operations teams to provide appropriate on-site and remote technical support
• Analyzing feedback from pilot program cases and communicating learnings to a cross-functional team

Your Day-to-day Activities

• Work closely with the EU pilot team sites, including frequent on-site visits
• Monitor registry progress and identify and resolve issues
• Participate in registry-related training as required

How You’ll Fit In

You will report to the Field Application Specialist and work closely with our Product, Marketing, and Clinical team. Your work will be critical to the success of the pilot program and will contribute to the successful commercial launch of our product.
