You will act as the key player of this deployment, ensuring that our purchasing, supply chain, and manufacturing processes are seamlessly integrated into the new system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in both Paris and San Francisco.
What You Will Do

- Inventory Analysis: Monitor monthly inventory levels, supporting inventory control, reconciliation, and cost analysis.
Systems Implementation & Project Management:
- MRP Implementation (Open Prod): Support the rollout of our new ERP/MRP system. You will map and document current supply chain and manufacturing workflows, translating them into clear, actionable system requirements.
- Project Coordination & Data Management: Clean, organize, and migrate critical data from legacy spreadsheets into Open Prod. You will conduct system testing to identify bugs or process gaps, and liaise directly with our San Francisco team to ensure cross-functional alignment and a smooth global rollout.
- Finance Systems Monitoring & Training: Monitor system health and maintain our internal finance tools to ensure smooth daily operations. You will assist in training end-users to drive high system adoption across the company.
