🎉 The Role

HR Director

As a fast-growing company, Moon Surgical is looking for a HR Director to help building its talent strategy. The HR Director will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, retention and growth, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building a strong organizational culture, be a strategic thinker, analytical problem solver, and effective collaborator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your Core Responsibilities

As the HR Director, you will be in charge of:

• Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Support the management team to execute their recruitment plan. Oversee the hiring process, including recruiters selection, job postings, interviews oversight, and onboarding. Prepare offers and employment agreements.
• Talent retention & growth: design training plan, implement best practices and build attractive working conditions through a regular benchmark
• Performance Management: Design and manage performance appraisal systems that encourage employee growth and align with company objectives.
• Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal regulations and support the company’s mission and values (benefits, PTOs, etc)
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
• HR Metrics: build and monitor HR metrics budget and reforecast

What Success Looks Like

You will define strategy, build capabilities, and track/measure results to ensure Moon Surgical's commercial operations run smoothly and align with organizational goals.
