🎉 The Role

This role will support Moon Surgical in two key ways: Event Management and Operational Support. This position will also support the Marketing Department with various ad hoc projects

Your Core Responsibilities

1. Events Management:

• Support Marketing Manger to plan, coordinate, and execute participation in industry conferences, trade shows, webinars and other promotional activities
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution
• Lead logistical coordination for Demo system management (on site and off site) in alignment with Field Service Engineering, transport, and Supply Chain
• Support development of event-specific marketing materials ensuring consistent branding across all events and high engagement with target audience
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to ensure successful event outcomes

1. Operational Support

• Support Office Manager in the operational aspects of the office and team.
• Managing and anticipating the team's needs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations supporting projects such as facility expansion, and orchestrating events.
• Cultivating and promoting our company culture through the working environment, dynamic social activities, and team-building initiatives

1. General Marketing Support:

• Assist the Marketing Team with various ad hoc projects as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely and effective execution of EU marketing campaigns. This may include:
  • Maintain and update marketing hub and documentation.
  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.

🧭 Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, copy-writing experience, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

• Strong leadership and adaptability to diverse needs and situations.

• Proficiency in various software and applications such as Slack, Notion, Teams, etc.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

• Keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering a high-quality customer-facing brand experience.

• Ability to travel to support events across Europe
