Moon Surgical is scaling adoption of Maestro in a highly competitive medtech market. To accelerate growth, we are strengthening how we understand markets, prioritize opportunities, and support our sales teams through data, insights, and training.
This role sits within the Marketing team and works closely with Commercial, Clinical, and Sales stakeholders to transform fragmented market, surgeon, and facility data into clear, actionable insights that improve commercial execution and decision-making.
This is a Bay Area–based role, with a preference for regular in-office presence to support close cross-functional collaboration. The role may require up to ~40% travel, primarily for sales training, field enablement, key events, and planning sessions.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role with meaningful influence on commercial strategy, pipeline quality, and adoption outcomes.
