Your Core Responsibilities

This role is about managing and expanding the infrastructure needed for our rapidly growing team with changing needs. As the onsite keeper of our culture, ethos, facilities, onboarding, and visitor experiences, your role is to be a versatile leader, swiftly evolving into an indispensable component of our success.
Your Day-to-day Activities
Your daily mission involves leading the operational aspects of the office and team. This includes:
Managing and anticipating the team's needs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Leading the HR process in the US by supporting and professionalizing our recruitment process (candidates pre-screening, interviewing process), improving training and other administrative HR topics
Overseeing mid-term and long-term projects such as facility expansion, and orchestrating events.
Cultivating and promoting our company culture through the working environment, dynamic social activities, and team-building initiatives.
How You’ll Fit In
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will:
You will be mainly assisting the US team, but will also have regular interaction with team members on the other side of the Atlantic along with frequent contact with your Paris-based counterpart. The whole group meets globally once a year, and you will rapidly have an opportunity to meet everyone involved.
