Job Description Overview

As Product Manager for Maestro, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our AI-powered surgical platform and its associated ecosystem. This role translates commercial, clinical, technical, and operational insights into clear customer requirements and a product evolution plan that drives measurable customer value and commercial success.

You will partner externally with surgeons and hospital stakeholders, and internally with commercial and development teams to synthesize market insights into clear product requirements. Working with engineering, clinical, regulatory, and operations teams, you will own the configuration and prioritization of product updates, making deliberate trade-offs across customer value, development effort, cost, and regulatory impact to drive meaningful, scalable improvements to the Maestro platform.

This role also plays a critical part in delivering Maestro’s current and future value to new markets through geographic expansion; cross-functional partnerships to achieve these goals will be led by Product Management.

The role represents an exciting opportunity to shape the Maestro ecosystem and support Moon Surgical’s drive to build the operating room of the future.
