🎉 The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager Intern to join our team in Paris. Together with the project manager, you will play a key role in a critical company initiative: the end-to-end implementation and rollout of our new Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) system, Open Prod.
You will act as the key player of this deployment, ensuring that our purchasing, supply chain, and manufacturing processes are seamlessly integrated into the new system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in both Paris and San Francisco.
What You Will Do
- Process Mapping & System Design: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and document current workflows (supply chain, inventory, manufacturing) and translate them into Open Prod system requirements.
- Project Coordination: Together with the US project manager, drive the implementation plan. Track milestones, manage deadlines, and organize meetings between the integration team, end-users, and the software provider.
- Data Management: Assist in cleaning, organizing, and migrating data from legacy systems/spreadsheets into Open Prod.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct system testing to ensure all modules work as intended end-to-end. Identify bugs or process gaps and work on resolutions.
- Training & Documentation: Create clear, user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist in training the team to ensure high adoption of the new system.
🧠Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
- Education: Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Systems, Business school or IAE
- Detail-Oriented & Analytical: You are rigorous with data and meticulous in your execution. You know that an MRP is only as good as the data put into it.
- Proactive Communicator: You are comfortable asking questions, coordinating with senior team members, and aligning stakeholders on milestones and deadlines.
- Languages: Fluent English is mandatory, as you will interact daily with our US team. Spoken/written French is preferred but not mandatory.
