Your Core Responsibilities

As controller, you play a crucial role in our organization as it scales. Acting as a business partner, you work closely with the management team to provide valuable insights and strategic guidance. Your responsibilities include developing strategies towards accurate accounting infrastructure & cost and profit optimization, conducting thorough analysis of financial performance, identifying trends and patterns, and presenting comprehensive reports to aid in decision making. Moreover, you collaborate closely to sales and operations to ensure effective commercial and industrial performance monitoring.

Your Day-to-day Activities

The specific responsibilities of the role include

• Acting as a partner for the leadership team by collecting financial information from internal BI tools and outsourced accounting firms to support forecasting & reporting
• Monitoring monthly inventory levels with accurate reporting and reconciliation, including inventory control and inventory analysis
• Monitoring industrial costs (fixed and variable costs) and leads analysis of deviations versus the standard costs
• Updating the analytical plan to properly monitor the Company KPIs
• Supporting monthly reporting by performing variance analysis between budget and actuals, identify root causes in case of deviations from budget
• Maintaining and strengthening internal control & compliance
• Play a pivotal role in selecting and implementing an ERP
